Eva NYC can only recognize product registration from authorized retailers. Please email info@eva-nyc.com for a list of authorized retailers.

Any tool found to be purchased from an unauthorized retailer will not be covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required in order to register your tool - if you no longer have the original receipt we can accept a line item from a bank statement that validates when and where the tool was purchased. By registering your tool after purchase, you are not obligated to hold on to proof of purchase for any future correspondence with the Eva NYC customer service team.
