For your safety, never use a damaged styling tool.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Eva NYC styling tool. Please review the information below and follow the directions to receive your brand new replacement!

We are happy to facilitate warranty replacements for the U.S. and Canada. For all additional inquiries, please contact info@eva-nyc.com for separate instructions. 

Eva NYC tools purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under warranty. To verify an authorized retailer, please email our customer service team at info@eva-nyc.com.

Please note: All warranty returns must include a proof of purchase - if you no longer have the original receipt we can accept a line item from a bank statement that validates when and where the tool was purchased. Once your warranty has been finalized, replacements are processed between 1-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered. Should your original tool/design print be no longer available, we will send you the latest tool design of equal value. You will be charged a fee to cover shipping and handling of your replacement tool.
